Which countries do we ship to?

We currently offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Our shipping packaging is specially designed to withstand the rigors of complex transportation environments, ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition. What delivery options do I have?

We offer you different shipping options based on your delivery country or region:

United States:

- DHL Express: $15 (2-5 business days)

Canada and Europe:
- Free shipping over $100
- DHL Express Worldwide: $30 (3-7 business days)

Other Regions:
- Free shipping over $100
- DHL Express Worldwide: $30 (5-10 business days)

Orders within the United States will typically be shipped from our California warehouse within 1-2 business days after order placement. In cases of warehouse shortages, orders will be shipped from the nearest alternative warehouse.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any delays in delivery.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we commence packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery details and a link for tracking your order online. You can also track your order under 'MY ORDERS' when you log in to My Account. In addition, You can use this link to enter your order number and email address for tracking.

Sales Tax and Duties

SALIGIA covers all sales tax in the U.S., so you won’t see any additional charges at checkout.

For orders involving international shipping, import duties and taxes may be assessed upon delivery, as determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total. However, SALIGIA will cover these costs for you. If you are required to pay duties upon receiving your package, please email us at customerservice@saligia.com with a copy of the payment receipt, and we will promptly reimburse you for the full amount.

If you choose to refuse delivery due to these charges, the cost of return shipping and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund once the package is returned to our warehouse.
