We aim to give you the best experience, but if you are dissatisfied with your recieved products, we’re pleased to offer you a refund.
- Please issue the refund request within 30 days of receiving. We will process it within 2-3 days upon receiving your request.
- We offer global returns and refunds with multiple refund options available, including store credits, bank transfer and original payment mode.
- If the return reason is not due to an issue on our end, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We do not offer item exchanges at this time. To exchange an item for a new size or color, please proceed with a refund request.
- All returned items must be unwron, undamaged, unwashed and tags must be attached.
- Hygiene products including underwear, swimwear, and socks must be returned in the original, unopened packaging due to hygiene reasons (except for product quality issue).
